Shipping Policy

How long before you get your purchase? Most orders are delivered within 10-15 business days (Due To MOQ Is 10) . Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Is your order eligible for free shipping? India: All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. You can choose Online Payment option to avoid Rs 80 charge on Cash on Delivery. Outside India: A flat charge of Rs 999 per product is applicable Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and our courier partner name are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the tracking ID we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, you can email us at Payment We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) , UPI and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms - 1. A wrong product has been dispatched. 2. If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product. 3. If the product is received in a damaged condition. To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available with him/her. You can reach us at to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue. Please note these points: Buyco will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defected. We do not process refunds in any case. We replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases. Cancellation As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at within 24 hours of ordering or before order fulfilment from our warehouse, whichever is earlier and we will be happy to assist you. Return Process 1. Our return policy is applicable within five days from placing the order and applicable only for the following reasons: 2. Damaged product & Manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. 3. Please send us 2,3 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. 4. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement process will get initiated. NOTE: This policy is only for the orders placed on the official website, For orders placed on any other platform like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED, Tata Cliq, etc this policy will not be applicable. Please refer to the policy of the respective platform.
